Since January 1, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 1,815 applications, of which 1,451 were resolved by environmentalists.
1,047 notifications were received through the Ministry's online reception. 588 questions are registered in the "People's Control" system. 78 complaints were received on the feedback platform "FBP" and 102 through the "School Ecopatrol".
Most of the appeals were received on the topic of unauthorized waste disposal – 573 appeals. 420 messages were received on the quality of atmospheric air, 219 on water, 28 questions on common minerals and 575 messages on other issues.

- on the feedback platform "FBP";
- in the online reception http://eco.tatarstan.ru/rus/priem.htm;
- in the "People's Control" system (the "Ecology" category);
- in the "I am a school pupil" application (the "School Ecopatrol" category).
