Ecological specialists conducted a raid on examination of the water area of the river Kazanka together with the Ministry for Emergency Situations

Today, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a raid on examination of the water area of the river Kazanka together with specialists of the Federal Public Establishment, State Inspectorate for Small Vessels under the Ministry for Emergency Situation of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Municipal beautification” in order to reveal unauthorized discharge of waste waters into the water facility and littering of the coastal territories in the framework of regional surveillance in the field of use and protection of water facilities.
During the examination of the water area of the river Kazanka, inspectors actualized the information on current discharge of storm wastewaters into the river Kazanka. Three samples of storm wastewaters were drawn at the sites of discharge into the water facility, and one sample of natural water was drawn in the area of “Novatorov” station in the framework of control over the state of surface waters. The next raid is planned for January 2014.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
