Unauthorized storage of building demolition waste has been revealed in the Volga district of Kazan
According to residents, who received information from the Ministry of Ecology through the People's Control system, inspectors conducted an on-site inspection on General Yerin Street in Kazan.
Unauthorized storage of waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings was detected on the land. The total area of the landfill was 241 square meters
"The People's Control system allows us to promptly respond to citizens' appeals and identify violations of environmental legislation. This is an important tool of public control," the Ministry said.
The owner of the land plot has been issued a warning about the need to eliminate unauthorized waste storage.
In case of non-fulfillment of the requirements, liability measures will be applied against the violator in accordance with the law.
