The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan ordered the Executive Committee of the Nurlat district to liquidate an unauthorized landfill

Earlier, inspectors from the South-Eastern District recorded unauthorized waste storage on Lesoskladskaya Street in Nurlat.

The total area of the violation was 90 sq. m

The inspectors calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 75 thousand rubles.

Environmentalists sent a complaint and a demand to the Executive Committee of the Nurlat district to eliminate the violation.

But upon re-departure, the experts revealed that the landfill had not been eliminated.

The Ministry of Ecology has filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The court supported the position of the department and ordered the violator to eliminate the landfill and pay the amount of damage.
