1,747 applications have been received by the Ministry's environmental reception center since the beginning of the year.
Since January 1, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 1,747 applications.
997 notifications were received through the Ministry's Internet reception. 576 questions were registered in the "People's Control" system. 74 complaints were received on the feedback platform "FBP" and 100 through the School Ecopatrol system.
Most of the appeals were received on the topic of unauthorized waste disposal – 554 appeals. 412 messages were received on the quality of atmospheric air, 205 on water, 23 questions on common minerals and 553 messages on other issues.
As of today, 1,363 appeals have been resolved, the rest are in progress.
