Inspectors of the Zakamsky department took part in a clean-up and tree planting
Field inspectors of the Zakamsky department, together with city volunteers, went out to clean the shores of the Zainsky reservoir as part of the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia". In a few hours, the activists collected more than 20 bags of garbage.
The inspectors also joined the planting of trees on Sobolevskaya Street in Nizhnekamsk. More than 50 people took part in the eco-campaign, which planted 250 pyramidal poplars.
"This street is the main thoroughfare and, finally, I want the place to become a beautiful, green corner. Today's action is a great contribution to the future made by caring residents," noted the specialists of the Zakamsky administration.
The clean-up and tree planting took place within the framework of the sanitary two-month period in support of the national project "Ecological Well-being". Since April 1, about 200 thousand trees and shrubs have been planted in the republic. More than 340 thousand Tatarstan residents joined the cleaning of territories.
