Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, the winners of the Open Republican Youth Contest of Social Ecological Advertisement “Clear view” were awarded at the technopark in the field of high technologies “IT-Park”. It is the second time that the contest is held by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year, more than 200 materials from 24 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including Moscow, Chelyabinsk region, Tomsk, Murmansk, Saransk, Astrakhan, and the Republic of Mordovia were submitted for consideration.

The awarding ceremony was opened by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov. During his welcome speech he acknowledged that this year special attention was paid to the ecological upbringing and fostering of awareness in the youth. The events gathering large amounts of citizens, who helped in organizing several elective lessons on ecology in all secondary establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as many creative contests, scientific and educational seminars, youth forums were arranged together with public ecological organizations. Artem Sidorov expressed hope that obtained awards and prizes will promote new high-quality creative ecological advertisement that will leave no one untouched.

The jury that included the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov, Deputy Chairperson of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairperson of the Association of Journalists Rimma Ratnikova, Councilor on Legal matters of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of “Svyazinvestnephtekhim” OAO Kafil Amirov, Director General of TV and Radio Broadcasting company “Kazan” of the branch of “Tatmedia” OAO Madina Timerzyanova, Director General of TV and Radio Broadcasting company “New Age” Ilshat Aminov, Director of the branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Tatarstan” Firdus Gimaltdinov, acknowledged the following pieces of work:

- the following people were awarded in the category “Social poster”:

1st place – Olga Tsyleva, Murmansk Region, Murmansk

2nd place – Zukhra Gaptraupova, Republic of Tatarstan, Kukmor village

3rd place – Galina Rogacheva, Republic of Mordovia, Kovylkino district;

- in the category “Social video spot”:

1st place - Lyudmila Ivanishen, Tomsk Region

2nd place - Aleksey Tikhonov, Republic of Tatarstan, Chistopol

3rd place – Grigory Volegov, Chelyabinsk Region, Ozersk;

- in the category “Short-length film”:

1st place – Margarita Grischenko, Anastasia Kutsenko, Yamal-Nenets autonomous district, Noyabrsk

2nd place – Ruslan Sitdikov, Republic of Tatarstan, Leninogorsk

3rd place – Nataliya Lunina, Yana Ovchinnikova, Astrakhan Region

- the winner in the category “Video tapped on a gadget”:

Pavel Shinkorenko, Republic of Tatarstan, Naberezhnye Chelny.

The jury also presented the following special prizes:

For “Social video” to Roman Korolev, Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan;

For “Animated cartoon” to Anna Svetlichnaya, Moscow;

For “Social poster” to Stefania Luzhaeva, Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan.
