A landfill with an area of 3,000 square meters has been identified by environmentalists in Naberezhnye Chelny
Inspectors of the Kama Department conducted monitoring of Naberezhnye Chelny. On Mashinostroitelnaya Street, environmentalists recorded an unauthorized dumping of household and construction waste.
The total area of the violation was 2,900 square meters, the volume was 582 cubic meters.
It turned out that the land is in municipal ownership.
The Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny will be issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
It should be recalled that administrative liability is provided for such violations in accordance with Article 8.2 "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste" of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
