The court ordered the Executive Committee of the Kruglopolsky rural settlement to restore the land plot after mining

Earlier, within the framework of environmental supervision in the Tukayevsky district, inspectors of the Kama department revealed a violation of environmental legislation in the territory of the Kruglopolsky rural settlement. The Executive Committee carried out the extraction of common minerals for its own needs of the rural settlement, but after the completion of the work, the land was not restored, which is a violation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 781 "On approval of the Rules for land reclamation and conservation."

According to the law, after mining, it is necessary to carry out reclamation — to restore the disturbed lands. However, the Executive Committee of the Kruglopolsky rural settlement did not do this. Environmentalists have sent a warning about the inadmissibility of violations of environmental legislation and the elimination of violations.

However, upon re-inspection, the experts found out that the reclamation was still not carried out. As a result, the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan appealed to the Tukayevsky District Court.

The court recognized the actions of the Executive Committee of the Kruglopolsky rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district as illegal and ordered to restore the site within 6 months.
