Earlier, during a helicopter flight, inspectors from the Zakamsky directorate recorded unauthorized waste storage in the village of Kamskie Polyany.

The total area of the violation was 89 sq.m. It turned out that the land is in municipal ownership.

The inspectors calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 57 thousand rubles.

Environmentalists sent a warning and a complaint to the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk district. The landfill was liquidated, but the Executive Committee refused to pay the damage.

The Ministry appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan with a statement of claim. The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands.
