The students of Naberezhnye Chelny tried themselves in the role of environmentalists
Inspectors from the Prikamsky Department visited school No. 62 in Naberezhnye Chelny and conducted a lesson for 9th grade students.
The experts told the students about the profession of an ecologist. They named the key areas of activity: scientific research, environmental protection, as well as educational work - after all, environmentalists regularly conduct lessons for schoolchildren and students.
The children not only listened, but also actively participated in the lesson: they divided into teams and tried themselves as developers of environmental projects. The students proposed ideas for the creation of separate waste collection points and eco-rehabilitation of urban lakes.
The meeting ended with an introduction to the mobile environmental laboratory. The inspectors showed the students modern equipment and told them about the methods used to monitor the state of the environment.
