As part of a mandatory preventive visit, inspectors from the Southeastern Department visited a peasant farm in the village of Podgorny, Bugulminsky district.
During the inspection, environmentalists revealed a number of violations of environmental legislation. In particular, a report on the organization and results of industrial environmental control has not been submitted, which is a violation of article 67 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection".
Also, the obligations to submit a declaration of payment for negative environmental impact for 2024 have not been fulfilled and the corresponding fee has not been paid, which violates the requirements of Articles 16.1 and 16.4 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection".
In addition, the company has not developed or approved an action plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air during periods of adverse meteorological conditions, which violates the requirements of legislation in the field of atmospheric air protection.
It is established that accounting in the field of waste management is not conducted in accordance with the established procedure. There are also no passports for waste of hazard classes I–IV included in the federal waste classification catalog, and a contract for the provision of services for the management of municipal solid waste.
In addition, contracts for the provision of services for the collection, storage, movement, disposal and destruction of biological waste have not been submitted.
The violator was warned about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements and about the elimination of violations.
