Unauthorized landfills were recorded by environmentalists in the Tukayevsky district and in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
As part of the monitoring of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and the Tukayevsky district, inspectors from the Kama Department revealed violations of environmental legislation.
The first dump of construction and household waste was recorded in Avtozavodsky district of Naberezhnye Chelny. The area of the violation was 11 sq.m.
A warning has been issued to the Executive Committee of the city about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
Inspectors found the second landfill in the village of Bolshaya Shilna in the Tukayevsky district. The area of the violation was 23 sq.m.
A warning was also sent to the Executive Committee of the district.
It should be recalled that responsibility for non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste is provided for in Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
