In Naberezhnye Chelny, environmentalists revealed violations during the inspection of a gas station
During an on-site inspection of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors from the Kama Department visited a gas station located at Akademika Koroleva str., 11. It was found that retail sale of motor fuel is carried out at the facility, 4 gas stations are operating. The activity is carried out by Idar LLC. During the inspection, it was revealed that the facility was not registered with the state as having a negative impact on the environment. According to Federal Law No. 7-FZ "On Environmental Protection", objects of categories I-III must be registered with an authorized federal or regional body, depending on the category of the object. To date, Idar LLC has issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory legal requirements and registering the facility.
