In Novosheshminsk, the company received an order after an environmental inspection.
As part of a mandatory preventive visit, inspectors from the Volga-Kama Department visited Mostovik LLC, located in the village of Novosheshminsk. During the inspection, environmentalists examined the production area of the enterprise, places of temporary storage of production and consumption waste, stationary organized sources of emissions, which include pipes, ventilation shafts and air ducts. It turned out that the company does not have a passport for waste of hazard class 1-5. The absence of this environmental documentation is a violation of the requirements of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 89-FZ "On Production and Consumption Waste". For such a violation, liability is provided under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. LLC "Mostovik" has been issued an order to eliminate the violation.
