Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a preventive visit to the Naberezhnye Chelny enterprise
Inspectors of the Prikamsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a preventive visit to the production base of IP R. M. Akhmetov, specializing in cargo transportation by road.
During the inspection of the territory and production facilities, non-compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation was revealed. Experts have established the absence of an approved program for industrial environmental control, and an action plan has not been agreed upon in case of adverse meteorological conditions, which is mandatory for enterprises of the 3rd hazard category.
Following the results of the visit, the entrepreneur was issued an order to eliminate the detected violations within the established time frame.
Preventive visits are conducted by employees of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with Article 52.1 of Federal Law No. 248 "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation". As part of such events, environmentalists are authorized to inspect facilities, request necessary documentation, and take samples for subsequent analysis and examination.
