Earlier, as part of the monitoring of Almetyevsk, inspectors from the Southeastern Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
In the Ursala microdistrict, environmentalists discovered a landfill with a total area of 363 square meters. There were construction waste and scrap metal on site. The inspectors calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 303 thousand rubles.
It turned out that the land plot belongs to an individual. Environmentalists sent a complaint to the violator demanding that the landfill be removed and the damage caused to the environment be compensated. But the instructions were not carried out voluntarily.
The Ministry appealed to the Malopurginsky District Court of the Udmurt Republic at the place of registration of the owner. The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands in full.
