Two unauthorized landfills were identified by environmentalists in Naberezhnye Chelny
As part of the monitoring of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors from the Kama Department recorded violations of environmental legislation in the management of industrial and consumer waste.
In Avtozavodsky district of Naberezhnye Chelny, environmentalists have identified two landfills of construction and household waste.
The area of the first violation was 35 sq.m., and the area of the second was 20 sq.m.
Since landfills have been identified on municipal property, warnings have been issued to the Executive Committee of the city.
It should be recalled that responsibility for non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste is provided for in Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
