The Nurlatsky district Court satisfied the Ministry's demands for the elimination of an unauthorized landfill and compensation for damage caused to nature.
Earlier, as part of a helicopter flyby of the Nurlatsky district, inspectors from the Southeastern Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
In the village of Chuvashskaya Mencha, environmentalists have recorded an unauthorized dumping of household and construction waste. The total area of the violation was 33 sq.m.
Environmentalists have calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 27 thousand rubles.
The inspectors sent a claim to the owner of the site regarding the liquidation of the landfill. But the violator did not comply with the requirements of the Ministry.
Environmentalists appealed to the Nurlatsky district court with a statement of claim. The Court satisfied the Ministry's demands in full.
