A huge landfill almost the size of 9 football fields will be eliminated in Aznakaevo
The Aznakaevsky City Court upheld the environmentalists' demands and ordered the city's Executive Committee to eliminate the landfill.
Earlier, inspectors of the Priiksky department revealed a violation of environmental legislation in Aznakaevo. Environmentalists have recorded unauthorized waste storage in the Yuldash garage company.
The total area of the violation was more than 63 thousand square meters.
The inspectors sent a complaint to the Executive Committee of the town demanding that the unauthorized waste disposal be eliminated. However, no measures were taken to eliminate the violation.
Environmentalists filed a lawsuit with the Aznakaevsky city court. The court fully satisfied the requirements of the Ministry and ordered the landfill to be liquidated.
