On January 26-29, the Kazan Petrochemical College named after V .P. Lushnikov hosted the regional stage of the professional skills championship "Professionals" in the competence "Organization and management of ESG projects".
The event was held within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children".
Students of professional educational organizations from Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Zelenodolsk took part in the competition.
At the opening ceremony of the championship, Ildar Shakramov, Head of the Atmospheric Air Protection Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He stressed the importance of the event for training human resources in the field of ecology and sustainable development of the region:
"Holding such championships contributes not only to the development of professional competencies, but also to solving practical problems to improve the environment. I wish each participant to achieve high results and professional growth."
During the four days of the competition, participants completed tasks aimed at organizing events to improve the quality of life and the environment. The program includes practical work on instrumental control (including measuring the concentration of methane in the air with a gas analyzer), conducting a summary analysis of data and performing computational tasks.
