It turned out that the land is owned by an individual. Environmentalists sent a claim to the violator demanding that the landfill be eliminated and the amount of damage paid. However, the inspectors' demands were not met.
The Ministry filed a statement of claim with the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan. The materials were redirected to the place of registration of the violator - to the Yakshur-Bodyinsky District Court of the Udmurt Republic. As a result of the trial, the environmentalists' demands were fully satisfied.
