Earlier, within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, inspectors of the Priiksky department revealed a violation of environmental legislation in the territory of the Aznakaevsky district. The Ministry's specialists recorded an unauthorized landfill with an area of 52 square meters in the village of Karamaly. Environmentalists have calculated the damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 41 thousand rubles.
A pre-trial claim for the elimination of the violation and a claim to compensate the amount of damage were sent to the violator (individual). However, due to the refusal to voluntarily eliminate the landfill and compensate for damage, the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan filed a lawsuit with the Aznakaevsky Magistrate Court. The court upheld the environmentalists' demands and ordered the landowner to pay the amount of damage and eliminate the landfill.
