The enterprise in Mendeleevsk violated the requirements of environmental legislation on the registration of facilities on the state register
At the request of residents of Mendeleevsk about the chemical odor, inspectors from the Kama department went to the site. When examining the territory, it turned out that a limited Liability Company, the NHM Manufacturing and Technological Enterprise, is located on Pionerskaya Street.
The inspectors found that the company had not fulfilled its obligation to register facilities with a negative impact on the environment, and had not developed a plan to reduce emissions under adverse meteorological conditions.
PTP NHM LLC has been issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
According to Article 69 of Federal Law No. 7-FZ "On Environmental Protection", legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are required to register objects that have a negative impact on the environment.
