The Ministry of Ecology informs about new requirements for the development of AMC Plans
New requirements for the development and coordination of Action Plans to reduce Emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere during periods of adverse meteorological conditions (AMC) will come into force on March 1, 2026.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs working at environmental impact sites of categories I, II, and III with emission sources should develop and implement AMC Plans.
The developed AMC Plans should be coordinated with the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The requirements were approved by orders of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation dated 11/26/2025 No. 651 and dated 11/28/2025 No. 662.
