The use of mineral resources without a license was recorded by environmentalists in the Arsky district

During the survey of the territory of the Arsky district, inspectors of the Northern Directorate revealed the use of mineral resources without a license.

Experts have recorded that work is underway between the villages of Uchili and Iske Yurts to extract common minerals for their own needs. An excavator and a KAMAZ truck were working at the site. The area of the developed site was 15,594 sq.m.

According to part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, "The use of mineral resources without a license for the use of mineral resources" entails the imposition of an administrative fine on individuals from 3 to 5 thousand rubles, on officials from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, and on legal entities from 800 thousand to 1 million rubles.

As of today, the materials have been transferred to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Arsky district.
