The unauthorized removal and relocation of a fertile soil layer was recorded by environmentalists in the Muslyumovsky district.
During the inspection of the territory of the Muslyumovsky district by inspectors of the Priiksky department, a violation of environmental legislation was revealed. In the village of Muslyumovo, specialists of the Ministry of Ecology recorded that the limited liability company "Landscaping and Landscaping" carried out work on unauthorized removal and movement of a fertile soil layer without permits.
The area of the violation was 816 sq.m.
By a decision of the prosecutor of the Muslyumovsky district, an administrative offense case was initiated against the official, provided for in Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Land damage" part 1 "Unauthorized removal or relocation of a fertile soil layer". The Priiksky administration issued a decree and a fine against the violator.
