As of today, the department's specialists have solved 5710 issues.
2,730 notifications have been received through the Ministry's online reception. 1220 questions are registered in the "People's Control" system. In the "School Ecopatrol" category of the "I am a Student" mobile application, 1,885 requests were received and 174 questions were received on the feedback platform "POC".
The largest number of appeals are received on the topic of unauthorized landfills – 3,091 appeals. There were also 914 reports on atmospheric air, 591 on water quality, and 44 on safety issues. In addition, 1,369 requests were received on other topics.
