Earlier, as part of the monitoring of Zainsk, inspectors of the Zakamsky Administration recorded a violation of environmental legislation regarding the management of industrial and consumer waste.
Ecologists have identified a landfill with an area of 97 square meters and a volume of 58 cubic meters on Svetlaya Street.
The inspectors calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 81 thousand rubles.
According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the land plot is owned by an individual.
Environmentalists have sent a claim for damages to the violator. However, upon re-departure, the inspectors found that the landfill had not been eliminated.
The specialists appealed to the Zainsky City Court with a statement of claim. The court satisfied the demands of the Ministry and ordered the owner of the site to pay the amount of damage and eliminate the landfill.
