Environmentalists have resolved 5,651 appeals from Tatarstan residents
Since January 1, environmentalists have resolved 5,651 appeals (94%) out of 5,976 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception.
Most of the questions were received through the Ministry's reception office – 2,702 requests. There are 1,885 accepted messages in the "School Ecopatrol" category of the "I am a Student" application. The People's Control system received 1,215 questions and 174 on the feedback platform POC.
Most of the appeals were related to unauthorized landfills – 3079 notifications, 1,885 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application. 910 complaints were received about the quality of atmospheric air. 586 appeals were received on the issues of pollution of water bodies, 43 questions related to CUM and 1358 - other issues.
