Dear water users! The Ministry of Ecology informs about changes in the rates of payment for water use
Based on official data from Rosstat, the consumer price index (CPI) for January-December 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year was 108.45%.
When calculating the rates of payment for the use of federally owned water bodies for 2026, an indexation coefficient of 1.0845 is applied to the rates of 2025.
Payment rates for the use of federally owned water bodies for 2026:
For the withdrawal of water from surface water bodies (except seas) within the scope established by the agreement: 1,543 rubles per 1 thousand cubic meters.
For water intake for drinking and household water supply to the population: 354 rubles per 1 thousand cubic meters.
For the use of water bodies without water intake for electricity generation: 56 rubles per 1 thousand kWh of electricity.
For the use of the water area of surface water bodies: 1,599,889 rubles per 1 sq. km of used water area per year.
For water users who take water resources without measuring devices, an increasing coefficient of 1.1 is applied to the indicated fee rates.
