The Public Services portal is now available in the MAX messenger
Now it is even more convenient and faster to receive notifications. All important notifications about doctor's appointments, application statuses, fines, and other events are sent directly to the Public Services chatbot inside the mobile app.
Everything works automatically, you just need to link your account on Public Services and the Max messenger to one phone. If the numbers match, the notifications will start coming by themselves.
You can also quickly check and pay fines in the bot without switching to other applications. The SBP payment receipt will be saved directly in the chat.
The MAX app is a Russian messenger and digital platform launched in March 2025. The MAX Digital Assistant is available on different devices: Android, iPhone, and computer (Windows, macOS, and Linux). You can download MAX in app stores such as the App Store, RuStore, Google Play, and AppGallery.
