5,439 appeals received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year have been resolved
Since January 1, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 5,886 appeals, and 5,439 of them have already been resolved by environmentalists.
Most of the questions were received through the Ministry's reception office – 2,658 requests. Schoolchildren continue to be active in issues of environmental well-being. There are 1,856 accepted messages in the "School Ecopatrol" category of the "I am a Student" application. The People's Control system received 1,199 questions and 173 on the feedback platform.
The most urgent problem that Tatarstan residents complain about remains the problem of landfills and untimely garbage collection. Of the 5886 complaints, 3031 are complaints about unauthorized waste disposal. The Ministry of Ecology also received 904 appeals on atmospheric air quality, 584 on water quality, and 43 on environmental issues. In addition, 1,324 requests were received on other topics.
