At the request of residents, inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan went to the village of Shingalchi in the Nizhnekamsk district. During the survey of the territory, it was confirmed that work was being carried out on agricultural land, namely the removal and relocation of a fertile soil layer.
The total area of the plot where the fertile layer was removed was 5,578 sq.m. It also turned out that the land plot is owned by an individual.
According to paragraphs 7,8 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On Federal State Land Control (Supervision)", supervision of agricultural lands is carried out by the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance. All materials on the case have been forwarded to the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Republic of Tatarstan.
