Inspectors of the Zakamsky department conducted a professional visit for entrepreneurs of Nizhnekamsk
The inspectors of the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a preventive visit via video conference. The conference was held in the MP Inspector mobile application.
During the visit, they collected information to determine the risk category of the facilities, informed about the necessary measures to comply with environmental legislation and explained the responsibility for its violation.
The specialists of the Ministry of Ecology also told how to issue hazardous waste passports, keep records of them and submit a report on form 2-TP, familiarized with the procedure for submitting an environmental declaration, paying for negative impacts, conducting an inventory of emission sources and registering an object on the state register.
Preventive visits are conducted to help organizations. Their goal is to explain how to properly comply with the law, and to find and eliminate the causes of possible violations in advance.
