Specialists of the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an eco-lesson for children of the Akkosh kindergarten in the village of Tumutuk, Aznakaevsky district.
The main topic of the lesson was the role of trees in human life. Environmentalists explained to the children in an accessible way that trees are not only beauty, but also the lungs of the planet. The guys learned that birch gives us healthy juice, and its leaves and buds help people cope with diseases.
Experts paid special attention to the issue of preserving green spaces. The guys learned that collecting and recycling waste paper helps to protect nature.
To consolidate their knowledge, the children played a waste sorting game, where they learned how to properly divide garbage into fractions: paper, plastic and other waste.
At the end of the lesson, all the children received colorful books about nature as a gift from the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, which will become the basis for further homework and discoveries with their parents.
Such educational events are aimed at forming an ecological culture from an early age. Fostering respect for nature and understanding the interconnectedness in the world around us is an important step towards achieving the goals of the national Environmental Well–being project.
