From November 23 to November 25, Kazan hosted the Republican gathering of participants of the youth environmental movement "It will be clean" in support of the national project "Ecological well-being".
Activists from all over Tatarstan came to the rally. In three days, they managed to summarize the results of the year, make plans for the future, make new friends and gain experience from experts in the field of ecology. The students also took part in workshops on digital hygiene, public speaking and time management.
Today, the award ceremony for active volunteers and partners of the movement was attended by Deputy Minister of Ecology Ilnur Nasretdinov, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and head of the regional branch of the Russian Ecological Society in the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Ziganshin.
Ilnur Nasretdinov congratulated all the activists and wished the guys not to stop there:
"Each of us knows that we can contribute to environmental protection, and thanks to the well-coordinated work of the youth movement, "It will be Clean" - these are organized events, gatherings, actions to plant trees, collect recyclables, and much more. Over the past ten years, 10,800 people have joined your ranks, and this is truly inspiring! Thanks to all the participants for their contribution to nature conservation, initiative, energy and good deeds. I am sure that together we will make our Tatarstan even greener and cleaner!"
In total, 1,488 environmental events were held by activists of the "It will be Clean" movement in 2025, among them: 857 environmental awareness events, 365 environmental actions, 52 tree planting, 75 recycling and 62 actions in honor of animal protection. 24,660 people took part in the events.
Such campaigns prove once again that ecology unites us all!
The organizers of the Republican rally are the Regional Youth Environmental Public Organization "It will be Clean" with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since 2015, representatives of the youth movement have held 8,336 events and actions, 4,521 environmental awareness events and 2,216 environmental campaigns.
