The violator will pay 21 thousand rubles for damage caused to the soil
During a survey of the territory of the city of Nizhnekamsk, inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation of environmental legislation. Near Pervoprokhodcev Street, inspectors detected an unauthorized dumping of industrial and consumer waste. The area of the violation was 30 sq. m. Environmentalists have calculated the damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 21 thousand rubles.
To the owner of the land plot, which turned out to be an individual, the claim for the elimination of the violation and the requirement to compensate for the damage caused to the soil, was sent. However, due to the refusal to voluntarily eliminate the landfill and compensate for damage, the Ministry of Ecology filed a lawsuit with the Nizhnekamsk City Court. The court upheld the environmentalists' demands and ordered the landowner to pay the amount of damage.
