In Aznakaevo, more than 30 land owners will be brought to administrative responsibility for violations of environmental legislation
As part of the air raid of the Aznakaevsky district, inspectors of the Priiksky department revealed violations of environmental legislation. In the garage company "Yuldash" in Aznakaevo, environmentalists recorded unauthorized landfills.
There are 74 land plots in the Yuldash garage company, 35 of them are in an abandoned state, many of them are cluttered.
Notices have been sent to the owners of these land plots. They will be held administratively liable under Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste"). Violators face a fine of 5 to 7 thousand rubles.
At the moment, 5 protocols have been drawn up, and the damage caused to the environment is being calculated.
Earlier, inspectors from the Priiksky department had already identified a landfill on the territory of the Yuldash garage company. At that time, the area of the violation was more than 1400 square meters. According to the warning of environmentalists, the landfill was liquidated.
