Environmentalists have identified an unauthorized landfill near the shore of Dolgoye Lake

During the monitoring of the Yelabuga district, inspectors of the Kama Department recorded a violation of environmental legislation.

In the horticultural non-profit partnership "Kama-1" environmentalists have identified an unauthorized landfill with an area of 30 square meters. 

The violation is located on a plot of land next to Dolgoye Lake. According to Article 65 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation, it is prohibited to dispose of production and consumption waste within the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal protection strips.

It turned out that the land belongs to an individual. A warning was sent to the owner about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
