According to environmentalists, two landfills in Naberezhnye Chelny have been eliminated
Earlier, inspectors of the Kama Department recorded two violations of environmental legislation in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Environmentalists have identified unauthorized landfills on Metallurgicheskaya Street and on the territory of the village of ZYAB in the Komsomolsk district.
On Metallurgicheskaya Street, environmentalists recorded the fact of dumping construction and repair waste, as well as containers made of polymer materials. The area of the violation was 57 sq.m. In the 13th complex of the village of ZYAB, Komsomolsk district, environmentalists identified a landfill of paper and polyethylene packages, scrap concrete, as well as construction and plant waste. The area of the violation was 103 sq.m.
A warning was issued to the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the requirement to eliminate violations. As of today, the landfills have been eliminated.
