Environmentalists have discovered the fact of illegal removal of soil in Naberezhnye Chelny
As part of the monitoring of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department recorded a violation of environmental legislation.
Work was carried out on the territory of Avtozavodsky district to remove and move the fertile soil layer. Special equipment was working at the time of the examination. According to the city's Executive Committee, no permits were issued by the warrant commission.
The total area of the affected area was 11,795 sq.m., the volume was 2,193 cubic meters.
It turned out that the territory belongs to a legal entity. A warning was sent to the owner of the land plot about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
Let us recall that according to paragraphs 144 and 145 of the "Rules for landscaping the territories of the municipal formation of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny of the Republic of Tatarstan", the organization and conduct of excavation work should be carried out only if there is a permit (warrant) for excavation work.
