Since the beginning of the year, residents have contacted the Republican Public Eco-reception 5235 times
To date, the department's specialists have resolved 4,798 issues. These are 1,618 messages in the School Ecopatrol mobile application, 1,093 notifications received through the People's Control system, 164 requests that came through the POS feedback platform and 2,360 through the Ministry's online reception.
The topic of unauthorized landfills continues to be the most pressing issue for residents. This issue accounts for more than 51% (2,689 notifications) of all requests. 855 requests were related to the quality of atmospheric air, 548 – to the quality of water and 42 – to the issues of CUM. In addition, 1101 requests were received on other issues.
