In the Kuyuk-Yeryksinsky rural settlement of the Mamadyshsky district, environmentalists recorded an unauthorized dumping of household and construction waste.
The area of the violation was 989 sq.m., the volume was 1088 cubic meters.
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Mamadyshsky district about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
Upon repeated on-site inspection, it was found that the landfill had not been eliminated.
The Ministry appealed to the Mamadyshsky District Court with a statement of claim. The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands and ordered them to eliminate the violation within two months.
