Tatarstan residents continue to help solve environmental violations. More than 5,000 messages have arrived at the eco reception
Since January 1, 5,165 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception.
Tatarstan residents most often complain about unauthorized landfills. 2655 messages have been received on this issue. In second place in terms of frequency of complaints are questions over the air. 849 requests were received in this category. There were 544 complaints about water, 40 complaints about CUM, and others – 1077 complaints.
Most of the messages were registered in the Ministry's Internet reception - 2,325. 1601 messages have been received in the School Ecopatrol application. 1,076 requests were received in the People's Control system and 163 on the POS feedback platform.
As of today, 4,774 reports (92%) have already been reviewed and resolved by environmentalists.
