Applications for the creative contest of children's drawings, crafts and posters "Snow Leopard" are being accepted today. It started on October 1 and applications are being accepted until October 17 inclusive.
As of today, more than 250 applications have already been registered. There are a lot of drawings, crafts, and even a snow leopard made from grits among the works.
The competition is dedicated to the conservation of the snow leopard, which is not only a rare animal, but also an important historical and cultural symbol of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is held among schoolchildren of different age categories.
Terms of the competition:
Dates: October 1-23, 2025.
Participants: school students in three age categories:
Junior (grades 1-4): crafts and drawings are accepted.
Secondary (grades 5-9): drawings and posters are accepted.
Senior (grades 10-11): drawings and posters are accepted.
Stages:
Acceptance of applications and works: from October 1 to October 17, 2025.
Announcement of the finalists: October 20, 2025.
The winners will be awarded and the exhibition of the best works will be opened on October 23, 2025 (International Snow Leopard Day).
The main prize: an exclusive trip to the Scientific Center "Snow Leopard" in the Altai Republic! The winner will be able to personally observe these amazing animals and get acquainted with the work of scientists.
