The violator will pay 200 thousand rubles for an unauthorized dump in the Alekseevsky district
During the monitoring of the Alekseevsky district, inspectors of the Volga-Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
In the village of Bilyarsk, environmentalists recorded unauthorized storage of construction waste. The total area of the landfill was 250 sq.m., the volume was 702 cubic meters.
It turned out that the owner of the land plot is a limited liability company "Breeding business". A warning was sent to the legal entity, followed by a claim for compensation for damage caused to the soil. The total amount of damage amounted to 198,000 rubles.
When the ecologists returned to the site, they found that the landfill had not been eliminated.
The inspectors appealed to the Privolzhsky District Court of Kazan with a statement of claim. The court satisfied the environmentalists' demands in full and ordered the violator to liquidate the landfill.
