5,100 appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year
Since the beginning of the year, 5,100 messages have been received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception. Of these, 4,691 appeals are 91.9% of all received appeals, which have already been resolved.
Most of the questions were registered in the Ministry's online reception - 2,276. 1,595 messages were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 1,066 requests were received in the People's Control system and 163 on the POC feedback platform.
Tatarstan residents most often complain about unauthorized waste disposal – these are 2,636 reports (1,595 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 838 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 541 about the quality of water, and 1,045 questions were received on other issues. There were also 40 complaints about CUM.
