Environmentalists have discovered an illegal landfill in the Tukayevsky district
After residents contacted the People's Control system about an unauthorized landfill in the Maloshilninsky rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district, inspectors from the Kama department promptly went to the site.
During the inspection of the territory, the violation was confirmed. Environmentalists found unauthorized storage of construction waste near an unnamed lake, which is a violation of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offenses under Article 8.2. "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste."
The total area of the landfill was 48 sq.m.
A warning has been issued to the Executive Committee of the Tukayevsky district about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
