An enterprise in the Bavli district has been fined for a number of environmental violations
Inspectors of the Priiksky department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed a number of violations on the part of the enterprise in the Bavli district. Alexandrovsky Biotechnological Combine LLC was held accountable for the following offenses: use of a water body without an appropriate permit, non-compliance with environmental requirements during the operation of facilities and structures, failure to comply with the obligation to apply for state registration of facilities that have a negative impact on the environment, damage to land, as well as violations of requirements for the protection of water bodies, which may lead to their contamination.
An administrative fine of 77,000 rubles was imposed on an official of Alexandrovsky Biotechnological Combine LLC. In addition, due to non-fulfillment of the obligation to submit an application for state registration, a complaint was sent to the plant. Since the claim was not executed on time, the environmentalists sent a statement of claim to the Bavli City Court. The court upheld the environmentalists' demands, and the legal entity is obliged to register the company by October 17, 2025.
